Types of Communications

Transactional communications are messages directly related to services you have requested or are actively engaged with. These include:

  • Responses to your consultation inquiry
  • Treatment plan details, cost breakdowns, and surgeon profiles
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Travel itineraries, hotel bookings, and transportation details
  • Post-operative care instructions and check-ins
  • Important service updates affecting your consultation or trip

Promotional communications are marketing messages designed to keep you informed and engaged. These include:

  • Special offers and limited-time pricing
  • New destination and service announcements
  • Blog articles, procedure guides, and educational content
  • Patient success stories and testimonials
  • Seasonal promotions and referral programs
  • Surveys and feedback requests

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your level of engagement with our services. During an active consultation or booked procedure, you may receive more frequent transactional messages. Promotional messages are sent periodically and are not tied to a fixed schedule.

Standard Rates Apply

Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS and text message communications as determined by your wireless carrier. Plastiques is not responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your carrier.

How to Opt Out

You have the right to opt out of promotional communications at any time through the following methods:

  • Email: Click the "Unsubscribe" link included at the bottom of every promotional email we send. Your request will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Text / SMS: Reply STOP to any promotional text message you receive from Plastiques. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
  • WhatsApp: Send the word "STOP" to our WhatsApp number, or block our contact directly in the app.
  • Phone calls: Request to be placed on our internal do-not-call list during any phone conversation with our team, or email us at hello@plastique.com.
  • All channels at once: Send an email to hello@plastique.com with the subject line "Opt Out of All Promotional Communications" and include your name and phone number.

Important: Opting out of promotional communications does not opt you out of transactional messages related to an active consultation, booked procedure, or scheduled travel arrangement. These messages are necessary for the coordination and delivery of the services you have requested. Transactional communications will continue until your engagement with us is complete.

If you wish to cease all communications entirely, including transactional messages, you may do so by canceling any active services and emailing us at hello@plastique.com to request complete removal from our contact systems.
