Welcome to Plastiques. By accessing or using our website (plastique.com), submitting any form, or engaging with any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Plastiques

Plastiques is a medical tourism concierge service that facilitates connections between patients and independent, internationally accredited medical providers, surgeons, clinics, and hospitals. Plastiques is not a medical provider, hospital, clinic, or licensed medical practice. We do not perform, supervise, direct, or take clinical responsibility for any medical procedure. All medical services are rendered by independent third-party providers.

2. Services We Provide

Plastiques provides concierge-style coordination services including, but not limited to:

  • Post-operative aftercare coordination and follow-up scheduling

All medical decisions, diagnoses, and treatments are made solely by the independent medical professionals you are connected with. Plastiques role is strictly limited to coordination, facilitation, and support.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time:

  • Text messages: Reply STOP to any text message from Plastiques

  • WhatsApp: Send "STOP" to our WhatsApp number or block our contact

These messages are essential to delivering the services you have requested and will continue until your engagement with us is complete.

Phone Number Confirmation

By providing a phone number, you confirm that you are the owner or primary authorized user of that number and that you consent to receiving calls and text messages at that number from Plastiques and its service partners for the purposes described above.

4. Patient Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal and medical information
  • Disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, and pre-existing conditions to both Plastiques and your selected medical provider
  • Obtain all necessary travel documents including a valid passport, any required visas, and recommended vaccinations for your destination

  • Inform your local primary care physician about any procedures performed abroad upon your return
  • Arrive at scheduled appointments on time and communicate any changes promptly

You acknowledge that medical tourism involves international travel and that medical procedures carry inherent risks regardless of where they are performed. You accept these risks knowingly and voluntarily.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Plastiques does not provide medical advice. All content on our website, blog, social media, and marketing materials -- including cost estimates, procedure descriptions, and recovery timelines -- is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always consult with a qualified medical professional before making decisions about any medical procedure.
  • Testimonials, patient stories, and before/after descriptions represent individual experiences. Individual results may vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
  • Cost estimates and savings comparisons are approximate, based on market averages at the time of publication, and are subject to change based on individual treatment plans, exchange rate fluctuations, and provider pricing.
  • Plastiques does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any specific medical treatment, procedure, or outcome.

6. Financial Terms

  • Consultations with Plastiques are free of charge and carry no obligation. You will never be charged for speaking with our team about your options.
  • Payment terms, deposit requirements, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility for medical procedures are determined by the individual clinic or surgeon. These will be clearly communicated to you as part of your personalized treatment plan before you make any financial commitment.
  • Plastiques may charge a concierge coordination fee separate from medical procedure costs. Any such fee will be transparently disclosed and agreed upon in writing before services begin.
  • Travel-related bookings including flights, accommodations, and transportation are subject to the terms, cancellation policies, and refund rules of the respective third-party providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
  • All prices quoted are in US dollars unless otherwise specified.

7. Third-Party Services

Plastiques works with a network of independent third-party providers including medical clinics, surgeons, hospitals, airlines, hotels, ground transportation services, and translation professionals. These entities operate independently and are not employees, agents, or subsidiaries of Plastiques.

Plastiques makes reasonable efforts to vet and verify the credentials, accreditations, and reputations of our partner clinics and surgeons. However, we do not control their operations, staff, facilities, or clinical decisions, and we do not guarantee the outcome of any medical procedure, the quality of any third-party service, or the accuracy of any information provided by third parties.

Your engagement with any third-party provider is subject to that provider's own terms, policies, and agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plastiques, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • The use or inability to use our website or services
  • Any medical procedure facilitated or coordinated through our network
  • Any complication, adverse outcome, or dissatisfaction resulting from medical treatment
  • Any travel-related incident, delay, cancellation, or disruption
  • Any action or omission of any third-party provider, surgeon, clinic, airline, hotel, or transportation service
  • Any inaccuracy in information provided on our website or by third parties
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal data

You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plastiques, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
